WHAT ARE OUR COVID-19 SAFETY STANDARDS?

The safety of our team and clients comes first. Since the start of the pandemic, we’ve gone beyond the Government’s advice. Color Space is taking the following precautions:

• We’re requiring that anyone coming in and out of the building bring their own mask and wear it at all times
• Entrances (door handles, light switches, door frames) are cleaned before and after every individual exit or entry to the apartment and in/out of individual suites and offices
• Digital, no-touch thermometer at the main entrance with entry and exit log for everyone that enters the building
• Hand sanitizer at entrances for all who enter
• Disinfectant wipes readily available in suites, offices, and entrances
• Strict adherence to 6+ feet of social distancing if any in-person interactions need to take place in the building
• We as a business, continue to follow all International (WHO) guidelines for both individual and business-related guidelines surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and will adjust our protocols according to the most current standards.
• We ask all visitors, staff, and occupants to adhere to the standards we are exercising and welcome any/ all specific requests for safety measures, not directly outlined here.
